This website is operated by GeoVision (Pvt) Ltd, registered in Zimbabwe. By using geo-vision.org you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Submitting an enquiry, a request for quotation or a consultation request does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either party to proceed. Any quotation we issue is an invitation to treat; work begins only under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees and timelines.

We describe our services, capabilities and past engagements in good faith, but descriptions on this site are general and may change. Specifications, availability, resolutions and turnaround times are indicative and are confirmed in writing for each engagement.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or another person's details without their permission.
• Use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited or automated submissions. We rate-limit submissions to protect the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it.

The content, imagery and design of this site belong to GeoVision (Pvt) Ltdor are used with permission. Maps, datasets and reports we produce for a client are governed by that engagement's agreement, not by these terms. Satellite imagery supplied under our OMEO distribution arrangement remains subject to the licence terms issued with it.

This website is provided as it stands. Nothing on it is professional advice for a specific project, and it should not be relied on in place of a survey, report or engagement carried out for you. Nothing in these terms limits liability where Zimbabwean law does not permit it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to info@geo-vision.org.
