GeoVision (Pvt) Ltd is a geospatial technology company registered in Zimbabwe and based in Harare. We are the data controller for personal information submitted through geo-vision.org. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@geo-vision.org.

We only collect what you enter into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:

• Your name, email address and telephone number.
• Your company or organisation, and your country or city.
• Details of your enquiry: the service you need, project description, timeline, budget or specification line items.
• For career enquiries, your LinkedIn profile URL and any cover note you write.

We do not take payments on this website, so no card or banking details are collected. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Solely to respond to you: to answer an enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a consultation, or consider a career application. We rely on your submission of the form as your request for us to make contact.

Submissions are stored in Google Firebase, operated by Google LLC, and copies are delivered to our staff by email. This means your information is processed on servers outside Zimbabwe. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and remove them when neither applies.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@geo-vision.org and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ), the data protection authority under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics. Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs for security and reliability.

If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
